chapter 8: cruisin' machine

It is finaly time for Dak to get his first car, he goes down to virtuous vic's dealership and starts talking to an employee. The employee sudjests a car in the back to him but it was rusted down and dead, Dak to the man that he wanted something with power. The man had one more recomendation and he brought him around back and took the cover of a beautiful '66 pontiac laurention, four doors. The price was conveniantly around his price limit. He sped out of there in a hurry to get back home. A few days later he planned a date with Zoe and he picked her up in his new car, butshe would only go with him on two conditions; he wouldn't consider this a real date. And he would drive within the speed limit. Dak agreed with those terms and they started to go, a couple blocks later, he pulled up to a red light, he looked over to see Zoe smile and lay her hand on his shoulder, everything was going good. Then behind Zoe he saw a red camero pull up to th light and the momma's boy in the drivers seat had a grin on his face. Dak was angry and wanted to race, when the light turned red he sped away leaving the camero in the dust, but Dak was showing off, later down the road the only thing you could hear for miles was the huge "BANG!!" from  the engine of his new pontiac's engine as a piece of the engine flew to the pavement. After all of the dust cleared, the only thing they could see is the red comero zooming past his broken down pontiac. Zoe never talked or even looked at Dak ever again.

chapter 4: dogs that lick and dogs that bite

In this chapter, Dak's dad is planning on buying Dak a Motor cycle to learn the responsibilty that comes with it. So one day his dad comes up to him and tells him that he has a surprise for him, so he brings him to the backyard and Dak sees something under a tarp. His dad lifts off the tarp and it reveals and small pocket bike with a helmet with two words on it that say " animal warrior ". Dak isnt impressed but he doesnt want to be rude and show it. So afetr that he decides to ride it down the street and he comes up to a hill, but when he gets to the top a roaring bike shoots off the tip of the hill and over Dak but crashes on the road behind him. Dak walks up to the guy and asks if he is ok, but the man yells at him and Dak backs away. Five different bikes zoom off the hill to meet up with the fallen rider.

chapter 6: Benjamin's Aliens

Dak is over at his friend Benjamin's house for the night and he starts realizing weird things that are happening. like his mom is hiding behind the bar all beaten up and bruised. And later that night Benjamin starts talking about how aliens are going to be coming to get him.But his signal to the "mothership" breaks so he has to write a message with oil in the grass, once hes all done with the writing, he lights it on fire and the words burn in a bright red flame. After a while of watching it burn Benjamin notices the fire is burning out of control, Ben starts freaking out and his dad comes in and throws Ben to the ground and runs outside to put out the flame, but its already too late. Dak calls his mom to pick him up. She got there in a hurry and picked him up and Benjamin or his parents were never scene ever again.

chapter 5: pushin' pickle

Daks dad starts talking to Dak and asks him if he would like to earn some money this summer, Dak replies in a cautious tone "sure". after he accepted his job he found out that he would be working at the factory that his friend owns. After a while of working at the pickle factory he starts to realize thats his boss is very rude and mean, and one day Dak made him upset so he started to run after Dak but hit and broke his toe off of one of the machines. He rolled on the ground back and forth for a while cursing and swearing, when he got up he was furious with Dak so he chucked a jar at Dak and it smashed over his wrists as he blocked his face. he didnt remember much from the rest of the day but the few things that he could remember were a nurse taking out a glass shard that had got lodged into his forearm, and the constant bleeding that came from his arm.

chapter 2: invasion of the blood relatives

Dak is in school and his teacher is curious to how his christmas was. so she asks what he did, and Dak tells his story of his christmas: Its was christmas morning and Dak was excited to open his gifts, but a little while after they opened there gifts, there cousins arived and all hell broke loose, the cousins couldnt stop fighting and there mom was getting drunk so she didnt have to do dishes after dinner. but after all the chaos was over and the cousins were leaving, everythig was calm, nice and everything was back to normal.

chapter 7: searchlight TV

Dak has been looking foir a job for a while and he stumbles across a job at "the CLHC". a few days after he got the job there, his friend came over to his house and was hanging out with Dak, but when he brought up the job he got at the " her jaw dropped and she asked " The Church Of The Lords Holy Command?" Dak didnt know this but that job has been known for being a bad place and being run by mean people. So Dak went to his job the next day and he started to realize that his boss was abusing one of his female workers in his office and had been doing that for a while. But a few days past and he realized his friend was right, the rumors about CLHC were all right. Dak ended up quiting his job but a day after he left, he read in the news that his old boss got arrested for tax evasion and fraud. police also searched around the building and found that he was abusing and slaving his employee to do whatever he wants.
